Muk-Yan-Chong-Fa (Wooden Dummy Techniques) is the most advanced empty-handed form in Wing Tsun Kuen. It combines Siu Nim Tau, Chum Kiu and Biu Tze into free movements. The techniques are simple and direct when compared with others martial arts.
There are 116 movements in the Muk-Yan-Chong form. Each movement can be defensive or offensive. These movements also include the use of fist, palm, rapid stance-changes and kicks. If one masters the full set of techniques, he or she can vastly improve their Wing Tsun skills.
